MOIRA’S VIRTUAL 5K RUN 2021
As you know, Moira’s Run 2021...
hosted for us by the Violence Reduction Unit of Police Scotland, will take place over the weekend of 23/24 October and, following the success of last year’s event, and with lingering uncertainty still surrounding Covid, we decided that once again it will be a virtual one.
Last year we had folks running for Moira all over the UK and overseas – it was heart-warming, wonderful – and it raised over £9000 for Moira’s charity.
You can choose to run, walk, or dance the 5k distance wherever you please near your home, in one go or spread over the weekend, playing your very important part in helping us to help traumatically bereaved families in desperate straits.

Hubert (Hu) Jones

Hu died suddenly on 16th April aged 85. He was a devoted husband of Bea, a loving father to Grant and the late Moira, and father-in-law to Sharon and a full member of the wider family both north and south of the border.
