Carol’s Tough Mudder at Drumlanrig Castle
This castle is a fairy tale one, set in 80,000 acres of the majestic, scenic Scottish countryside, which sounds nice but a Tough Mudder turns a fairy tale into a nightmare with lung busting hills, ice cold lochs and strength sapping mud which combine make a brutal test for the most seasoned Legionnaire and a baptism of fire for first time Mudders.
And this obstacle course is over 17k! Carol Field, Trustee of The Moira Fund, and first time Mudder, found it exciting! She wants to do it again!

Hubert (Hu) Jones

Hu died suddenly on 16th April aged 85. He was a devoted husband of Bea, a loving father to Grant and the late Moira, and father-in-law to Sharon and a full member of the wider family both north and south of the border.
