Scottish half marathon
Many congratulations to Barrie Davidson
for his brilliant efforts with the Scottish half marathon on Sunday 23rd September, completed in 2 hours and 7 minutes, a hugely respectable time although he was on for under 2 hours until the feet complained - loudly. Barrie has raised a marvellous £250 for The Moira Fund and we are very grateful to him and all his sponsors too.

Weston Village Fete

Hubert (Hu) Jones

Hu died suddenly on 16th April aged 85. He was a devoted husband of Bea, a loving father to Grant and the late Moira, and father-in-law to Sharon and a full member of the wider family both north and south of the border.
