You can choose to run, jog, walk or dance the 5K distance - you could also take your 4-legged friend along too.
You could run in the park near your home, around town, or on a treadmill, whichever suits you best, either in one go or spread over the weekend.
You will be joining a community of runners doing their part to raise much needed funds for the Moira Fund Charity.

Hu died suddenly on 16th April aged 85. He was a devoted husband of Bea, a loving father to Grant and the late Moira, and father-in-law to Sharon and a full member of the wider family both north and south of the border.
It is with deep sadness that we share the news of the sudden passing of Hu Jones, devoted husband of our co-founder and chair, Bea, and beloved father of Moira and Grant.
Every one of Moira's Runs, all ten so far, has been a wonderful success and it's hard to find new words but I do have to say that this one, the eleventh, seemed even better than ever.
We are delighted to announce that thanks to John, Barry and Dianne, this year's annual Golf Day at Dullater Golf Course will take place on 31st August.
