PRIVACY POLICY

The Moira Fund processes the personal data of the individuals and, where applicable, family members who apply for beneficiary funding from The Moira Fund. This personal data is controlled and processed in the legal interests of The Moira Fund in the completion of our duties under our establishing Trust Deed. All personal data is encrypted whilst at rest in storage and during transfer by means of The Moira Fund’s G-suite system provided by Google.

The Moira Fund will not transfer your personal data to any third party; nor shall your personal data be processed or used for any purpose beyond the evaluation and receipt of beneficiary funding from The Moira Fund. The personal data of those persons who receive beneficiary funding from The Moira Fund shall be retained by the Moira Fund for the purposes of taxation and other legal compliance.

All such data shall be kept for a period of ten years and will then be securely delete.
