Day1: Forth Bridge to Kirkaldy, Day2: on to Lower Largo, Day3: via St Monans and Pittenweem to Anstruther, Day4: from Cellardyke to Crail to Boarhills, Day5: a tough stretch over many rocks to St Andrews, Day7: past Leuchars, Kinshaldy, through Tayport and to the Tay Bridge.
