Beer & Cider Festival Weekend A Beer & Cider Festival Weekend supporting The Moira Fund is being held on 13-15 August at Tibbie Shiel’s Inn, St Mary’s Loch. A 2-night camping ticket is £20 [includes camp, free pint, hog-roast, barbecue, entertainment]. A Saturday-night ticket is £15 [includes camp, free pint, hog-roast, entertainment]. £1 of every ticket and raffle for The Moira Fund. More Information |

Great Scottish Run - Glasgow Half Marathon Kirsten Oswald and Linsey Burnett, Moira's cousins, are taking part in the Great Scottish Run - Glasgow Half Marathon, on Sunday 5th September 2010 to raise money for The Moira Fund. More Information |

The Moira Fund Autumn Ball 2010 Please join us on the 2nd October for The Moira Fund Autumn Ball 2010 at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Glasgow. Guests will be treated to a "bubbly" reception at 7pm. We will all enjoy a delicious four course meal and there will be fun-raising and fund-raising activities including our fantastic Holiday Prize Draw before we dance the night away to the amazing Floorstompers. Summer Ball 2010 The Moira Fund Summer Ball 2010, held at the Staffordshire County Showground on a lovely summer's evening, was a great success. We were particularly pleased that our patron, Angela Rippon, was able to find time in a busy schedule to join us for the evening. Parachute Jump Emily & Will Dangerfield, Ian Gloyne and Matt Clarkeson completed their tandem skydive and came back to earth safe and sound and on two feet! Many thanks to them and their generous sponsors. More Information |

Dress-Up Day Staff at Francesco's Hair Salon, Weeping Cross, Stafford, continued their fund-raising year by holding a "dress-up" day! They all turned up in red and white. Don't know why??!! Coming next......a Blow-Dry Evening. |
