Pounding the Ground A fantastic event with a Moira Fund team 'pounding the ground' at the football parks of Scotland's Premier League teams. Ongoing Jewellery Recycling Project We are running a jewellery recycling project and would love you to sort out your jewellery box and donate any broken or unwanted items towards our appeal. The Project is ongoing. We intend to do a door-to-door envelope drop in Weston and would like to emphasise that we do NOT expect donations of gold or silver but any other items, broken, incomplete or unwanted, would be gratefully received. If you think you can assist by distributing FREEPOST envelopes to friends or family further afield this would be greatly appreciated. Just let us know. |

The Moira Fund Staffordshire Autumn Ball 2013 The Staffordshire Moira Fund Autumn Ball will take place at the Ingestre Suite, Staffordshire County Showground on Saturday 28 September. There will be a delicious meal, Prize Draw, Grand and Silent Auction and dancing to the live music of The Electric Band. Tickets, £40 each, will be available soon. |

The Moira Fund Glasgow Autumn Ball 2013 The Glasgow Moira Fund Autumn Ball will take place in Glasgow University Union on Saturday 26 October. There will be a delicious meal, Prize Draw, Grand and Silent Auction and dancing to the live music of DMS. Tickets, £45 each, will be available soon. |

Women's 10k Run, Glasgow Lyndsay Young of Strathclyde Police (now Police Scotland) along with her friends Yvonne, Pamela and Kirsty is running in the Glasgow 10k Run in Belahouston Park starting at 10am. This event always attracts many thousands of entrants and we are very pleased indeed that The Moira Fund will be so well represented. Golden Wedding Many congratulations to Toni and Mike Brayne who celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary with an "At Home" at their home in Weston, Stafford. They asked for donations for The Moira Fund in lieu of presents and we are hugely grateful for the very generous donations made by the Brayne family and friends. Thank you all so much. |

Once on our 'Work With Us' , you can create your own online sponsor page by clicking "Create a Sponsorship Page" and fill out the general information.
